By accessing or using our Site and services, you (“user” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use our services.

2. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Jump rope, particularly certain advanced skills, can be a strenuous and potentially harmful form of exercise. The content provided on this Site is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • You agree to consult with your physician and undergo a full physical checkup before starting any workout program on this Site, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma, heart conditions, etc.).

  • You agree to hold Peter Nestler/Rope Masters/Jump Rope Secrets and Digital Fjords LLC harmless from any and all injuries or harm sustained while attempting to perform any skills or exercises learned from this Site.

3. Special Skills and Stunts

The Site is not a gymnastics course. Any maneuvers that relate to gymnastics or other advanced physical skills are intended for those who are already properly qualified and trained. If you wish to learn these types of skills, you must seek proper, certified training at a professional gym or facility. We are not liable for any injury you sustain attempting to perform these skills, and you have been expressly warned to seek proper training.

4. User Account and Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
  • Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • No Account Sharing: Your membership is for you alone. You agree not to share your password or allow anyone else to access your account. Accounts found to be engaged in sharing will be subject to immediate closure without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

All videos, content, and materials on this Site are the copyrighted property of Digital Fjords LLC/Peter Nestler/Rope Masters/Jump Rope Secrets. Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view these materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You agree not to download, reproduce, distribute, or make any of the materials on this Site available to anyone else.
  • No Public Display: Public display or performance of any materials from this Site is strictly prohibited. The only exception is for specific accounts that have been granted a written public display waiver by us.

6. Technical Disclaimers

We strive to make the Site’s content accessible on as many devices as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that every device will be able to properly play the videos. You agree not to hold us liable for the inability of your device to properly access or playback video materials.

8. Lifetime Membership Plan

8.1. Grant of Access. Upon purchase of a “Lifetime Membership,” Digital Fjords LLC/Jump Rope Secrets grants the individual purchaser a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and stream the video training library and associated digital content (collectively, the “Service”) made available to Lifetime Members.

8.2. Definition of “Lifetime”. For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Lifetime” shall be defined as the period during which the Digital Fjords LLC/Jump Rope Secrets website and its associated Service are actively in operation and made commercially available by its parent company. “Lifetime” explicitly refers to the commercial lifespan of the Service, and not the natural lifespan of the member.

8.3. Service Cessation. Digital Fjords LLC/Jump Rope Secrets makes no warranties or representations as to the expected lifetime of the Service. The company reserves the right to cease operations and terminate the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, a company dissolution, bankruptcy, or acquisition by a third party that elects not to continue the Service.

8.4. Effect of Termination. In the event of a Service cessation, your access under the Lifetime Membership will be permanently terminated. You acknowledge and agree that your purchase of a Lifetime Membership is for the content available at the time of purchase and in the future, but only for as long as the company operates the Service. You agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, pro-rata credit, or any other form of compensation in the event of such a cessation.

8.5. Modifications to Service. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, add, or remove content from the Service at any time without notice. A Lifetime Membership does not guarantee that any specific content will be available for the entire duration of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
